RedBet offers one of the best selection of casino games from multiple top software operators. They're also a great fit for high rollers and offer enticing welcome bonus packages and creative promos. Our only major issues are the lack of 24/7 customer support and the average video poker selection. Yet even with these drawbacks, we'd recommend RedBet to our readers with confidence.

Games

RedBet offers a wide variety of gambling products. Their casino is home to over 500 slots, plus progressive jackpots, blackjack, roulette, and baccarat. There’s also an integrated live casino lounge with multiple table games, as well as Football Studio and Dream Catcher. Also available to RedBet customers is an established sportsbook and online multiplayer poker.

Devices

RedBet’s login page and casino games can be accessed from most desktop and mobile devices.

  • Windows/PC
  • Mac
  • Linux

  • iPad
  • Android

Software

The RedBet casino lobby is full of games from the biggest names in the industry. You’ll find slots from Quickspin, Play’n GO, and Betsoft. In addition, you’ll see table games from NetEnt and a comprehensive live dealer lounge from Evolution Gaming.

We could not fault RedBet when it comes to their software partners. All ensure the gaming platform houses the most cutting-edge titles with premium quality graphics and sound.

Slots

There are close to 700 online pokies available. Now, we’re always shopping around for superb slot libraries, so finding the RedBet collection was a pleasant surprise. The sheer size and variety are among the best we’ve seen. The casino hosts online slot machines from Quickspin, BetSoft, Play’n GO, and more. We found slot games based on everything from food and gems to alien robots and famous movies. There’s also a modest collection of traditional pokies.

We particularly like how easy RedBet have made it to browse their slot library. On both the mobile site and regular desktop site you can filter by features, pay lines, volatility, and supplier.

Best Slots

These are some of the best slots offered by RedBet, based on our opinion and popularity with players.

Book of Dead

After considerable testing, here’s a breakdown of some of RedBet’s best slots:

  • Starburst – This 5-reel, 10-pay line slot from NetEnt is one of the most popular titles around. The jewel-themed pokie is an easy favourite because it’s so simple. The cool and colourful visuals are easy on the eye while the expanding wilds and potential for re-spins keep this video slot entertaining.
  • Book of Dead – The video slot from Play’n GO deserves a top spot for its interactive storyline. You’ll join Riche Wilde as he journeys to Egypt in search of the Book of Dead riches. Wild scatters and free spins help keep your attention, and we also like that this game runs smoothly on mobile devices.
  • Piggy Riches – If you want an overflowing piggy bank then give this slot game from NetEnt a try. The 5-reel, 15-pay line slot game is easy to pick up with wild multipliers that can trigger some serious winnings. We also like the free spins feature and the high payout percentage.
  • Immortal Romance – The Immortal Romance slot game is powered by Microgaming. The pokie comes with superior animations and 243 paylines. If you want decent RTP rates, wild scatter free spins, and smooth gameplay then this video slot is a sensible choice.

Roulette

There are over 25 roulette games at RedBet. Most are live, but there are also a handful of non-live games from NetEnt. The live roulette games are best suited to high rollers and those looking for a more engaging user experience. In fact, live roulette table limits climb to £300,000. It’s also worth pointing out the wide variety of roulette games available, from classic American and European Roulette to Live Dragonara Roulette and Live Double Ball Roulette.

Blackjack

There are 40 blackjack games at RedBet. Included in their library is Blackjack Classic, 3D Blackjack, and a whole host of VIP tables. Players have live and non-live options, games from multiple software providers, plus a range of table limits.

RedBet is a sensible choice for any keen blackjack player. In fact, after scouring through customer reviews and drawing from our own personal experience, we couldn’t come up with any complaints.

Table Games

You can find 35 table games in the RedBet lobby. There are multiple variations of blackjack, roulette, and baccarat. The casino’s choice of poker and hold’em titles is somewhat lacking, however. NetEnt is the main supplier of RedBet’s table games, promising a first-rate user experience. We also like the range of low, high, and VIP tables available. Lastly, a useful trick to find the best games is to look at which titles have the most favourites at the bottom of each thumbnail.

Video Poker

RedBet customers have eight video poker games to choose between. The only category the casino doesn’t offer a title is Joker Poker. Most games are supplied by NetEnt so graphics, sound, and gameplay are all excellent. We also like that if you click on each game’s thumbnail you can view the current payout percentage. But unfortunately, there remains a restrictive choice of video poker games at RedBet, especially when compared to other casinos.

Live Casino

With 60 live dealer games, few online casinos rival RedBet when it comes to choice. The live table lounge from Evolution Gaming is a particularly good fit for blackjack players. However, roulette and baccarat players will also find ample choice. There’s a decent range of low limit and high limit tables available. We also like the less-common live extras, such as Football Studio and Dream Catcher.

Baccarat

There are both live and non-live baccarat games available to play at RedBet. Live baccarat titles are from Evolution Gaming while the non-live options are supplied by NetEnt. There’s classic Baccarat, Baccarat Squeeze, and the Baccarat Professional Series. Overall, there’s plenty of choice for players of all budgets.

Jackpots

If you’re looking for progressive jackpot slots with millions in the prize pot, then RedBet has you covered. There are nearly 20 titles, including the likes of Mega Moolah and Arabian Nights. In fact, many of these titles already have a track record of creating jackpot winners.

Mobile Casino

The RedBet group wanted their online casino to be instantly available to mobile players. So instead of a mobile casino download, you can access the gaming website from within your mobile browser. All logos, menus, and the games themselves automatically adjust to your mobile screen. You’ll also find the same menus and search bar, keeping navigation straightforward.

The casino’s owners recognise the trend towards mobile play so you’ll have full account controls from your mobile or tablet device too. For example, you can deposit and withdraw funds, complete the ID verification process, and utilise cashback deals.

Importantly, reviews of RedBet’s mobile play are mostly positive. However, some do believe that a dedicated mobile app could deliver a more powerful and clean user experience. But those holding out for a mobile app may be disappointed, as RedBet has not suggested so far that an Android or iOS mobile app may be on the cards.

App

Android App

There is not currently a RedBet mobile Android (APK) that you can download from the Google Play Store.

iOS App

There is not currently an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch app that you can download from the iTunes App Store.

High Rollers

RedBet is a great fit for high rollers. In particular, it’s their live casino games with the highest table limits. For example, you can bet up to £300,000 on roulette and up to £10,000 on blackjack. Baccarat and Dream Catcher are also good choices for players with serious bankroll.

Within their over 600 slots are also a number of titles perfect for big spenders. Lost Relics, for example, allows you to wager a staggering £400 per spin. Jack Hammer 2 is another one of the best slots for big betters.

High Stakes Games

High Stakes Games
Name Max Bet
French Roulette Gold £300,000
Blackjack Diamond VIP £10,000
Baccarat A £50,000
Dream Catcher £20,000
Lost Relics £400
Jack Hammer 2 £250

VIP Program

RedBet’s VIP program is invitation only. This means the casino doesn’t publish details of their different VIP levels and loyalty points requirements. This is a shame as we like our readers to know how many comp points are required for each perk. Instead, players at RedBet casino simply have to deposit, play, and hope that a VIP manager reaches out to them.

Fortunately, we have seen multiple positive reviews of RedBet’s VIP program. In particular, their scheme receives praise for ultra responsive and generous VIP managers. We also know from reviews that VIPs can expect a range of rewards, including:

  • No deposit bonuses
  • VIP-exclusive events
  • Personalised support
  • Exclusive promo codes
  • Free spins & casino money

VIP Levels and Rewards

This VIP program does not have levels or RedBet has not provided details on rewards and requirements.

Sportsbook

The RedBet Sportsbook has the same red and white colour scheme as the casino and poker client. What we particularly like about their sportsbook though is the ease of use. Too many bookmakers today fill their website with a range of complex products that slow down navigation and impact user experience. Fortunately, the RedBet sports platform is clean and straightforward to operate. You’ll find top sports and matches to the left. A central widget displays upcoming matches and events, including live fixtures. Your betting slip with any open bets can then be found to the right of the page.

You can make predictions on a whole range of sports at RedBet, including:

  • Horse Racing
  • Aussie Rules
  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • Baseball
  • Athletics
  • Football
  • Boxing
  • Tennis

You’ll find an A-Z of all available sports in the bottom left of the desktop and mobile version of the betting website. An odds comparison, plus blogs and forums show RedBet promises competitive odds.

It’s also good to see the bookie offers a range of creative promos. For example, attractive England odds in their Football World Cup offer and a free sports bet as a welcome bonus. From time to time there are also goal bonuses and a range of other deals.

Their mobile sports platform promises the same clean visuals found on the desktop version. However, we would like to see RedBet follow the lead of other sportsbooks and offer more prediction tips.

Note you can access specific sports conditions, such as tennis rules, at the bottom of the RedBet website.

Live Streaming

No live streaming offered.

Live Betting

Select Live from the central widget to bring up all available live odds. You can use the menu at the top to then flick between sports. Most live betting is available on football and tennis. However, RedBet also offers live betting on everything from beach volleyball to golf. You can view live odds in decimal or fraction format. And it takes just a few clicks to make your predictions, ensuring you waste no time when you’re mid-match.

Cashout

RedBet does offer a cashout function. This enables users to end a bet before a match or event finishes. For example, if Liverpool football club is winning but you think the game may be about to turn, then you can realise your current win before they concede and you end up in a losing bet. However, the cashout feature is not available on all games.

Poker

RedBet is a legitimate online poker platform. The free poker client can be downloaded from RedBet’s regular site. Their software plugs into the Microgaming poker network and runs smoothly. Players will have access to a huge range of cash games and tournaments. Hold’em and Omaha are among the most prevalent in the gaming lobby. However, there’s also Seven Card Stud, Five Card Stud, Five Card Draw, and Razz.

On the whole, RedBet’s poker client focuses on small-stakes games using enticing bonuses and promos. However, their poker client is diverse enough that there’s something for all types of players, regardless of experience and bankroll.

RedBet offers over 30% poker rakeback. In addition, those shopping around for a casino that offers fantastic live poker events will be pleased too. RedBet runs live main open events that are held in Malta. Their poker tour schedules can be found by heading over to the RedBet website. Players can compete in the main event and a number of side games.

Overall then, RedBet offers great online multiplayer poker and the opportunity to test your skills in face-to-face matches.

Deposit Methods

You can deposit money into your RedBet account using a number of payment methods. Bank transfers, debit and credit cards, plus e-wallets are all available. The €10 minimum deposit you can make using all methods is relatively low. All deposit options are fairly instantaneous and management does not charge any processing fees.

On the downside, there isn’t the extensive list of deposit methods that you’ll find at some online casinos. For example, you cannot use PayPal, Ukash or cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin. So RedBet does tick the basic boxes when it comes to deposits, but there is certainly room for improvement.

Deposit Methods at RedBet
Method Minimum Maximum Fee Time
Visa €10 €3,000 - Instant
MasterCard €10 €3,000 - Instant
Trustly €10 No Limit - Instant
Neteller €10 €10,000 - Instant
Skrill €10 €1,000 - Instant
Paysafecard €10 €1,000 - Instant
Bank Transfer €10 No Limit - 1-5 days
Direct Bank Transfer €10 No Limit - Up to 2 days

Withdrawal Methods

You’ll find the withdrawal methods are almost the same as the listed deposit options, apart from Paysafecards. This is because RedBet wants you to withdraw winnings using the same method used to deposit funds into your account. The minimum withdrawal is fairly standard at €20. Withdrawal limits vary but bank wire transfers are the best for large wins. However, for the fastest payout times, you’re best off using an e-wallet.

If you experience any pending withdrawal problems, contact RedBet’s customer service team via live online chat, email, or telephone.

Support

RedBet’s customer service team mans a live chat and email service, plus a telephone line. However, it is disappointing to see that support is only available between 08:00 and 00:00 GMT. To improve their rating, we’d like to see RedBet offer the 24/7 assistance found at most gaming sites. We also found wait times for their live chat to be up to 10 minutes, which is considerably longer than most platforms.

Fortunately, customer service representatives are very attentive and eager to help. For example, they can inform you of the latest bonus codes for their online casino and sportsbook. They can also inform you of the excluded games in bonus terms and conditions. Of course, should you have any account questions or complaints they’re also on hand to help.

You’ll find the relevant contact details below, including the telephone support number and email address.

History

RedBet’s history dates back to 2002. But, of course, the online casino has come a long way since then. The website has undergone a sleek revamp. The gaming platform has added a sportsbook and a poker client to its offering t0o. In addition, the casino has opened its doors to players from all over the world, including Germany and Ireland.

Following casino reviews, management has also looked to improve their sign up offers and promotions. Players will now find increasingly generous welcome offers, including no deposit bonuses of free spins.

Another big change came in 2018 when it was announced Mr Green was to acquire Evoke Gaming Ltd, the company that owns RedBet. The move means RedBet and its sister sites will join an extremely successful collection of online casinos.

The founders have also run effective marketing campaigns. For example, they’ve had t-shirts, tops, and trousers made with the RedBet label and design.

Ratings

On the whole, RedBet receives some of the most positive reviews we’ve seen. It’s clear the casino is considered extremely trustworthy and excellent at paying players their winnings promptly. Of course, there is always room for improvement and for RedBet it’s their VIP program and video poker collection that still need work. Still, RedBet comes highly recommended in most casino reviews.

Our Rating
88%
RedBet offers one of the best selection of casino games from multiple top software operators. They're also a great fit for high rollers and offer enticing welcome bonus packages and creative promos. Our only major issues are the lack of 24/7 customer support and the average video poker selection. Yet even with these drawbacks, we'd recommend RedBet to our readers with confidence.
AskGamblers
86%
AskGamblers rate the mobile play and fast payout times. They also like the lack of withdrawal limits. Downsides in the review from AskGamblers are mainly the lack of 24/7 customer support and the multiple restricted countries.
Trustpilot
24%
Reviews on Trustpilot are almost all bad. The site is mainly full of complaints from players that feel they can't win and that the casino has unfairly confiscated or refused to pay their winnings. However, we would say that from what we have seen RedBet only stick to the terms and conditions clearly outlined on their website. In fact, we're never confident that Trustpilot is an accurate representation of an online casino.
The Pogg
99%
The Pogg praises RedBet for how trustworthy they are. They also rate the casino for their rapid payout speeds and customer service. RedBet did fall down, however, when it came to their VIP program and comp points incentives. We're happy The Pogg's review is balanced and can be trusted.
Casinomeister
91%
Casinomeister like that the award-winning casino offers weekend payouts and fast cashouts. Their major complaint is the limited choice of video poker games. We're happy that the review from Casinomeister is fair.
The Wizard of Odds
90%
The Wizard of Odds like that RedBet is run by a respectable casino group. Other highlights include the numerous software partners and customer support. But their review did note the lack of a published VIP program and numerous restricted countries. We're satisfied the review by the Wizard of Odds is balanced and can be trusted.

Complaints

If you have complaints related to RedBet, please contact us using the form below and we will forward these to the casino and try to assist in resolving any problems you might have.

Complaints and Resolutions

When you win a large amount, the casino is obliged to verify your identity in line with their security protocols. In this case, the player won over £20,000. The additional security checks did lead to a delay in winnings being paid out, but they were eventually credited to the player's account.

Sometimes there can be an issue with a specific title from a game supplier, in this case, Evolution Gaming. Such issues may result in a winning bet being rejected. However, after communication between the casino and the software operator, plus persistence from the player, RedBet eventually paid the player their rightful winnings.

It clearly states in RedBet's terms and conditions that you may need to submit documents to prove your identity. The player, in this case, used a banking method that was not actually theirs and contradicted the documentation they'd sent in. For security reasons, the legal department confiscated any winnings and blocked their account, as is their right.

Submit Complaint

Please use the email that's on your RedBet account, or we are unable to assist.

Responsible Gambling

RedBet players have access to a long list of responsible gambling tools. In fact, as soon as you join the casino, you’re invited to set up deposit limits. Then when you first play one of their casino games, you’re prompted to set up session reminders. Other tools at your disposal include:

  • Loss limit
  • Reality check
  • Turnover limit
  • Self-exclusion
  • Self-assessment tool
  • RedBet’s responsible gambling tips

To implement responsible gaming measures, head to Settings and then Limit Your Game. Alternatively, you can get in touch with RedBet’s customer service team via live chat and email. Support staff have all received training to identify problem gambling behaviour and assist players.

Security

Corporate management ensures RedBet’s desktop and mobile site are secured with SSL technology. This obscures all traffic sent between customers and the casino. This includes the encryption of personal information and financial transactions.

Multiple redundant servers are also in place to prevent unscheduled shutdowns. Finally, headquarters use daily backups and an off-site machine that mirrors all operations to ensure the safekeeping of data around the clock.

Affiliate Program

The award-winning Mr Affiliate program offers a remuneration plan of up to 45% revenue share. The successful scheme now boasts over 5,000 profitable affiliates to whom over €1.1 million is paid out to each month. Once you have your affiliate login credentials you can expect tailored marketing materials, exclusive affiliate sign up bonuses, plus detailed reports to aide conversion rates.

News

Not content with releasing their new ‘Tales of Dr Dolittle’ slot at the end of April 2019, Quickspin are ready to hit online casino fans with more. Their latest slot game is called ‘Hall of the Mountain King’ and will be available to play as from May 14th 2019. As with all Quickspin slots, it looks like it will be another popular title with immersive gameplay and amazing bonus games included.

Mr Green Completes Acquisition of Evoke Gaming

Mr Green has reached an agreement to acquire Evoke Gaming Ltd, the company that operates RedBet, Winning Room, Bertil, and MamaMia. Mr Green is buying all shares of Evoke Gaming Ltd from Bonnier Growth Media. It's hoped the €7 million deal will see the RedBet casino, that's already hugely successful in Sweden and the UK grow into a global brand alongside Mr Green.

RedBet Unleashes New Slots

The RedBet website rarely stands still. Most weeks see new additions to the gaming platform, and this week is no different. The casino's software suppliers have brought out a number of exciting new pokies, including:

  • Jade Butterfly
  • Queen of Gold
  • Sizzling Spins
  • Pixie Wings
  • Wild Spells
  • Hot Safari
Evoke Gaming Strikes New Deals

Evoke Gaming has reached several new deals to enhance the appeal of its RedBet brand. Management has signed a deal with SBTech which will see the transition of the company's sportsbook to the Chameleon360 platform. In addition, RedBet will have a skin to Microgaming's poker system. Lastly, head office has secured a new content partnership with Play'n GO that will bring additional variety to the gaming site.
