Boom Sports has just made an announcement that it has successfully received market access to launch its online casino and mobile sportsbook in five states in the US.
The New York-based tech provider and game developer has entered into a contract with casino company Penn National Gaming that states that it will receive casino and sports betting ‘skins’ in order to run its online gaming products in Missouri, Ohio, New Mexico, Mississippi and Louisiana.

Boom Sports will have access to these licences for up to 20 years after acting upon them in each of the five states.
The CEO and co-founder of Boom Sports, Stephen A. Murphy, said:
“This agreement marks a pivotal moment in the history of Boom Sports.
As we aim to become the premier technology provider for the real-money online gaming industry, this deal will allow us to unveil our unique sportsbook vision directly to consumers.”
The new agreement will offer the gaming brand 1st (primary) skins in Louisiana and Mississippi, a 2nd skin in Ohio and 3rd skins in New Mexico and Missouri, in addition to plans to pursue commercial efforts in other states.
Boom Sports Set To Release New Products For Penn National Gaming
Boom Sports has worked with elite partners such as Barstool Sports, NASCAR, XFL and NBC Sports and remains dedicated to its focus on B2B relations despite its release of a consumer-facing sportsbook.
In return for the new licences for sports betting, the brand will contract a range of free products and games exclusively for Penn National Gaming, which so far has included NASCAR Finish Line, a product that is intended to initiate NASCAR’s move into the esports industry.
Another new product, under Barstool Sports, is set to be launched in the next few months.
Boom Sports is said to look forward to establishing itself as the premier partner in the United States’ growing casino industry.
