Part Of A Bigger Investment
This is not a move that 32Red has made in isolation, as the brand – which falls under the Kindred Group umbrella – has been spending large sums on cutting-edge tools to enhance the customer experience at its casino site.
Furthermore, it has publicly stated the need to find a CRM platform that has the capabilities to add something to its existing systems and clearly it has decided that Fast Track fits that bill.
Fast Track was launched four years ago and provides tech tools for boosting customer engagement, including the only available CRM tool tailored to the needs of iGaming sites.
It gives those who adopt it precise player-targeting capabilities that let them scale their gaming offer more effectively.
Deal Looks Like A Case Of Kindred Spirits
Kindred Group appears confident it has found a kindred spirit with the deal, as its head of customer marketing for the UK, Mike Kirwan, stated that:
“We have had many in-depth discussions with the Fast Track Team and have been impressed by their attention to detail and the flexibility the FT CRM platform offers.”
He went on to add that he was sure that the team at 32Red Casino would be able to use it to improve customer engagement with the site.
Fast Track On The Right Track
Simon Lidzen, one of the men who founded Fast Track and its current CEO, sounded equally pleased at the deal. He stated that everyone at the company was excited to be teaming up with 32Red and that it was a brand that had developed an industry reputation for being at the forefront of the latest developments and innovations.
He concluded by saying that he was certain that this would enable 32Red to get the best out of Fast Track’s CRM tool and use it to keep its customers coming back.
