Relax Gaming has recently signed a deal with online casino NetBet. The deal gives NetBet access to their extensive content portfolio. The agreement comes on the heels of the recent Kindred acquisition of Relax.
Relax Gaming Partners with Online Casino NetBet in a New Deal
Relax Gaming, one of the industry’s top online content aggregators, has struck a deal with NetBet. This new deal sees Relax partnering with NetBet to host the entire Relax portfolio on their website.
Relax Gaming and NetBet have entered into a partnership that positively impacts both parties and creates an exciting, elevated experience for NetBet’s customer base.
In the agreement, NetBet gains access to proprietary Relax content as well as partner studios’ titles. NetBet will even have distribution rights for all “Powered By Relax” and “Silver Bullet” partner content. The integration will happen seamlessly via iSoftBet’s trusted aggregation platform.
Such a huge partnership is a major asset to both parties. NetBet is one of the most popular online casinos in Romania and Germany. This means that the newly acquired Relax content will be widely available to an enormous customer base.
Additionally, NetBet is on a mission to continuously acquire as much fresh, top-tier content as possible, so this deal furthers their overall marketing strategy as well. The casino is also licensed to operate in the UK, Malta, Romania, Italy, Mexico and Greece. This level of popularity helps increase the Relax footprint with minimal effort.
The deal with NetBet is one of a series of calculated moves by Relax to keep expanding into new markets. Partnering with a top name like NetBet is ideal for bolstering Relax’s reputation and credibility as well.
A Fruitful Partnership For Both Parties

In fact, iSoftBet’s commercial aggregation manager Denise Csepregi commented on the deal.

Eskola also noted that Relax has a proven track record of pushing the boundaries of game development. He believes that this is an asset for both NetBet and iSoftBet. He also commented that he is “confident Relax’s reputation will grow even further because of this new partnership.”
Claudia Georgeivici of NetBet mentioned that the company is “delighted” to add Relax to their extensive casino offerings. She also said, “We look forward to seeing their intuitive designs and innovative gameplay draw new players to NetBet in Romania and Germany, thanks to this agreement.”
A Bold Move Following Relax’s Recent Acquisition By Kindred Group
In early October, Kindred Group finally completed acquisition of Relax Gaming.
The company paid about €295 million to purchase the remaining 66.6 percent stake in Relax. Before this, Kindred held only a 33.3 percent stake in the B2B supplier. However, closing this deal furthers Kindred’s current business strategy.
The company is focusing heavily on product control and differentiation. Because of this, it was in their best interests to acquire the remaining stake of Relax Gaming. Currently, Kindred has left Relax Gaming as an independent subsidiary company under the Kindred Group umbrella.
This acquisition is an overall positive for both parties as well as the Relax and Kindred user bases. For the most part, nothing significant has changed for either company. Looking toward the future, Relax Gaming will likely benefit greatly from the deal.
They will operate under the much larger Kindred name while staying focused on product innovation and customer experience. This dovetails perfectly with Kindred’s interest in improving end-user experience and controlling product differentiation.
Since finalizing the acquisition, Relax has not slowed or deviated from business as usual. In fact, with backing from Kindred, they have already expanded considerably. This deal with NetBet is simply one more stepping stone on the path to further growth for both companies together.
