Top supplier of content to online casino’s Relax Gaming have recently released details of a new partnership with gaming studio Reelplay. This intellectual property rights deal sees Relax Gaming gain licencing for the Aussie studio’s Infinity Reels slot game mechanics. The Infinity Reels innovation was first launched in 2019 when the El Dorado slot it contained came onto the market.
This is a major deal for both parties and something that all fans of online slots will want to know about.
What Does Infinity Reels Offer?
The Infinity Reel game mechanics deliver an improved gaming experience to players. As such, it should enable Relax to begin carrying games on its network which deliver more wins and more excitement.
The basic design of this innovation allows each spin in a slot to give the chance of a progressive multiplier respin or an extra reel to be added. This ability to add reels in game can be repeated so players get a much bigger chance of winning.
Reelplay Fans Will Know All About It
Anyone who follows Aussie game developer Reelplay will be familiar with how Infinity Reels work. They have recently released their second game to feature them in the form of Giza Infinity Reels.
They also plan to release a new game in June called Odin Infinity Reels which will include this feature.
As noted above, this new deal gives Relax Gaming the ability to licence and trademark Infinity Reels for its global partner network.
This will enable their internal slot development teams to use them as well as external game developers they take content from.
A Beautiful Friendship Continues
This is not the first time that these two iGaming giants have teamed up. Back in 2019, they inked a deal for Reelplay to place its games onto the Relax Gaming online platform.
They also extended this arrangement early in 2020 when external content from the network of Reelplay partners was covered by the original supply deal.
The Giza Infinity Reels slot was also released via Relax Gaming’s content aggregator, ahead of its general global launch. All in all, this latest news sees the two companies happy to work even more closely together.
